Well the voting for the winning edit of The Drive has now closed and it’s clear from the results that Sweet skateboards smashed it. A well deserved win.

Not only did they make the winning edit, as voted for by you, the public, but they also won the challenges we set for the teams whilst they hit the road – so Sweet took the money, and now they take the glory. Congratulations.

Thanks to all the teams for taking part, see you next year.

Almost there. The pressure for seeing tits and shooting tricks is escalating. At this point we stood at the cross roads of either trying to score points for the challenges or try to shoot stuff for the article and film things for the edit. We decided to do our best at doing everything at once.

Go get the van, let’s do this.

The plan for the day was to split up. Half go skate, half go hunting for tits and piercing nipples. Josef’s in the skate half.

Made it to Cologne – almost done, but not quite done. We’ve got until 5 this afternoon to get as many points together as we can. Let’s see, jump off a bridge, catch and cook your own dinner, shoot a trick bare foot, pimp the ride, drop in something looking like Hugo Liard, skate a rail in the rain…better get on with it.

This took some convincing, but Björn’s quite good at that.

Spängan is happy for the points, while Jonas is happy to be alive.

Last minute pimping of the tour van got Dallas Rockvam involved. No points for this one..

The Drive: Jart Day 8

Endless wait in the motel parking lot. Seems someone forgot to arrange a way back for Nick and Ricky to get back to Spain and get their flights to US two days later. Oops.

I decided to shoot some evidence for the smallest/biggest bags of the trip. This was the smallest, which might not seem too small but I tell you he didn’t even use ¾ of its space.

Ricky, on the other hand, got the biggest one – but still not as big as Antiz rider Julian Dykmans’ one though.

I think we waited there for 3 and half hours.

After finally leaving the motel, we stopped half an hour later to eat in a gas station. After eating, the TM decided it was the perfect time to start a fire the old school way. Obviously, the strong wind blocked his intentions. But hey, on those 3 hour gas station stop we saw some Ferraris coming from a race or event, or whatever. How nice.

And we made it to Cologne. Die Fantastisch Dom.

Rain was present again, so it was time to call it the end of trip. One last photo before the end.

The Drive: Antiz Day 8

Sleeping in skateparks sounds like such a great idea – if you’re a kid maybe. The get up and go attitude of the 9 am morning skater in South Germany does definitely not gel with the get drunk enough so you can fall asleep in a bowl attitude of a team of reprobates on tour. Them’s the breaks..

Eventually found our way to this thing, where i managed to slam on my cock.

It’s like a fucking Madonna video round here.

Or maybe a mid 90s boy-band video.

Or maybe a Pee Wee Herman film.

Murl shut the spot down so we bounced. It was hot so we searched for a place to jump off a bridge. A dead end turned up a window full of mannequin heads.

Found a place eventually. It was pretty grimy though.

You think it’s deep enough to jump from the bridge?

Hirschi had better hope so.

The Drive: Blueprint Day 8

The final day and we had arrived at our final destination: Cologne. Once the last tricks had been wrapped up there was definitely a sense a relief; through all the bad weather and everything else we had made it. Stoked!
