According to his mate, Lucas Fiederling, Kilian Heuberger is on an extremely good way to recovery, after he had collapsed skating a comp in Austria and had been rushed to the hospital with a severe cerebral hemorrhage causing a loss of faculty of speech and partial paralysation in April.
After high uncertainty and major fear for Kilian’s health, he now is making very good progress. He was able to temporaryly return home last weekend, is regained his ability to walk unsupported and has started to speak complete sentences, yet still really slow. All in all a development his doctors forecast month ahead!
When asked a few days back, if he believs to be able to skate at 100% again, he nodded keenly, Lucas says.
Which leaves us to say: Go Kilian!
– And keep them fingers crossed!
