How many times have you gotten your hopes up for a video because of it’s numerous trailers, only to end up depressed about the state of current skateboarding half way through the first watch. Although he may not have managed to hold out for as long as he wanted before posting the teaser, I’ll bet you what ever you want that this one won’t let you down, Statics never do. When you decide to watch one, you know what to expect and you get exactly that. If you are expecting to be bored, then you would be better off watching this anyway, so don’t bother. The trailer doesn’t give away very much, but I think we can guess that Snowy, Charlie Young and a few more Londoners should be in there.

Be sure to head over to the Slam site to find out what the Palace CEO has lined up for us this year.  Stoked to hear that a full length video is in the works. I’m also looking forward to seeing the footage from that Palace x Polar trip, I hope it’ll drop soon. I wonder if they’ll put it out as one edit with everyone from both teams in it… That would be so sick.

I was also waiting for an excuse to (re)post these two clips. Charlie Young’s mention amongst the top 5 best styles in London seems like a good one: play the videos below to remind yourself why he’s up there with Toby Shall. I hope their new filmer will be cracking the whip, skateboarding needs a full part from this guy.
