This is actually really sick! It's funny that they didn't get rid of their skate program over there...

When Gravis terminated its skate program in Europe and the US a lot of us assumed it was a worldwide thing, but apparently not: Japan have still got a really strong team. I guess this is just another example of how little the Japanse industry is influenced by what goes on in the rest of the skate world… Anyway, I really enjoyed this edit and I hope you will too!

Silas went on a filming mission to Tokyo, Japan to promote his new signature apparel collection. It’s quite interesting to see how easily the Portland resident adapts to this futuristic architecture … He even managed to bring a few friends along and appearances from people like Marius Syvanen or Pete Eldridge are always welcome.

That first park that doesn’t have any copings looks so fun. Imagine how great life would be if you were there right now, skating around in your t-shirt, chasing your mates and chilling in the sun. Instead most of you guys are probably in the same situation as me: stuck indoors watching this to take your mind off the horrible weather.

Those epic demos must be terrifying.

It’s weird how the demos are almost what I enjoy the most in these crazy SUPRA tour edits. Imagine how terrified you would be if you had to skate in that sort of situation: a crappy plastic skatepark, loads of lights flashing all over the place and a billion people shouting words that you don’t even understand. I almost find it weird how they manage to consistently smash it though. This Asia tour is no exception.

Japanese website VHS mag posted a full Laurence Keefe part earlier today. It’s good to see a proper section from him, you usually only get so see a few tricks here and there in Patrick Wallner’s videos.
