I remember going to this spot, seeing the gap and asking one of my friends the classic “do you reckon someone could ollie that?” I came to the conclusion that maybe guys Jeremy Wray or Zach Wallin could maybe just about clear it but it still seemed unlikely. This photo of Oscar from issue 109 blew my mind the first time I saw it… The little Frenchman is on fire!

Here is the latest Blobys offcuts edit. If you don’t know about the Blobys yet then you’ve got some serious catching up to do. This little gang has been terrorising the streets of Paris for the last 5 years and quite a few of them are starting to get noticed. The one we hear the most often about is obviously Polar‘s Kevin Rodrigues, but everyone one else in the crew rips. They all have very distinctive styles, a good eye for spots and unlike a lot of people these days, they like keeping their edits simple. Rewatch some K-Rod‘s footage or check out Roman Gonzales’ section to see what I mean.

I don’t know what’s more offensive, the Thrasher rip off, the fact that it’s an iconic skate spot or the sheer amount of these little fuckers in the photo… I hope Jérémie Daclin sees this.

With sick videos dropping left and right while everyone’s sitting under the Christmas tree getting stuffed, the Megamix Video from France, orchastrated by the Chill (RIP) dudes, is a definite stand-out. The by far best energy drink fueled production to date is featuring all of France’s movers and shakers, bitching skating and some badass editing steez. And – of course – a bilboquet! Massive props to everyone involved. Quality!
