Well it’s been a hard secret to keep but Paul Shier and Nick Jensen’s new company name is now out in the world for all to know: ISLE.

The name drop comes with the information that Chris Jones is the sixth team rider. Hope to see some good stuff from these boys soon!

Daewon, Shier and everyone else on the team obviously smashed it on this trip, but Jon Nguyen’s stuff is probably what I liked the most about this edit. That smooth light footed style of his really makes anything he does look amazing.

This isn’t exactly your typical HD shoe company tour edit, but it’s got a few funny bits and some sick skating. I love how at one point Luis Tolentino doesn’t even seem to notice Daewon blunt flipping this insane transition spot 15 foot off the ground. I guess you must get used to seeing Daewon pull of those kind of stunts after going on a few trips with him.

Vans Downtown Showdown Announcement

Vans have just announced the times and dates for the next epic instalment of their Downtown Showdown, this year to be hosted in Amsterdam, Holland on the 4th of August.

Flip Skateboards, Palace, Blueprint and Antiz are the lucky few that got to bring their designs to life this year and they will all be there to session the shit out of the obstacles and try to claim their piece of the €50,000 prize purse.
