What’s wrong With this park/spot?

This park had been used by the local skaters and bikers, but now it’s horrible. The floor is cracked everywhere, the boxes and the pipes are steep. And there are other issues too. It looks worse in the life, than on the photo.

Why should we pick This park/spot?

Our town is very poor, and this park was the only place for skaters. Once some kids put rubber wheels under the boxes and burned them… Now the boxes, pipes are dangerous. We don’t have any places to
