What’s wrong With this park/spot?

1.On the ground have many cracks and on the boxes too so unable to grinding.
2.The ramps are soaked because made by wood.
3.we know that is a cool skate spot because nobody live near and nobody walk here just the skateboarders,but we tired to rebuilding every week the boxes.

Why should we pick This park/spot?

Because it was a house so have there many bricks but we can’t rebuilding every week the boxes.
It is a popular skate place in Budapest,but if you don’t help,the spot will be die after this summer.
